H&H operates a dedicated PTFE needle felt operation. Our felting process produces high quality needled felts (impregnated or not) for a variety of applications where chemical resistance and extreme temperatures require PTFE. Our Armalon felt products are manufactured from
100 percent PTFE fibers and resin so there is no chance of cross contamination by other substrates.
Our proprietary manufacturing processes, maintaining a clean manufacturing environment, and a dedicated PTFE production line, ensure only the highest quality products for the most exacting industries. Whether your requirements are filtration of critical particulate, high temperature, chemical resistant gaskets, or buttresses for reconstructive surgery, H&H can provide an engineered solution for you.
H&H also offers some higher end sealing products. These sealing products or packing materials are designed to prevent or control the escape of fluid or entry of foreign material, and are commonly used around shafts, rods, plungers, and valve stems, all elements of cylinders, pumps, and valves. These sealing products are made from high quality PTFE and stand up well in today's demanding applications where the benefits of PTFE are required.
