Coated Fabrics / Films

H&H utilizes a state of the art vertical coating tower to toll coat fabrics and films.  Our coating process is PLC controlled and completely programmable to ensure consistent running conditions lot to lot.  Only aqueous solutions are run on our coating line.  Because our coating line is kept very clean and free of contaminants it can also be used for heat setting of some films like Mylar, kapton, etc.  

We currently process several light weight fabrics and are capable of coating WA (wet adhesive) to light weight/gauge add on.  Our process coats both sides of a substrate in a single pass however we have done single side coating as well.


Process parameters include:  

• Widths out to 60”
• Temperatures up to 450°F
• Roll Diameters up to 24”
• Roll Weights up to 500 lbs
• Aqueous only, no solvents
